Conference facilities available at ESD 105

Conference Center

Our conference rooms are available for rent by all school districts, government agencies, community organizations, and ESD 105 staff.  Several rooms are available in Greenough Conference Center.  The Maggie Perez Student Success Center's Ahtanum Room is also available for rental.
 
All rooms have the capability to support videoconferencing.  Each room has hookups to accommodate computer-generated presentations and satellite downlinks.  Options available for each room include television/VCR, overhead projector, LCD projector, and document camera. 

Coffee service is available.


Brief description and fee for each room

Yakima Room: Accommodates approximately 50 people at tables, 70 if only chairs are used. Room contains 16 tables. 
• Fees:  $75 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $150 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours.

Kittitas Room: Accommodates approximately 35-40 people at tables, 50 if only chairs are used. Room contains 14 tables. 
• Fees: $50 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $100 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours.

Klickitat Room: Accommodates approximately 35-40 people at tables, 50 if only chairs are used. Room contains 14 tables. 
• Fees: $50 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $100 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours.

Grant Room: Accommodates approximately 25 people at tables, 35 if only chairs are used. Room contains 6 tables.
• Fees:  $50 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $100 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours.

Columbia Room: Accommodates approximately 20 people at tables, 35 if only chairs are used. Room contains 6 tables. The Columbia Room is set up specifically for K-20 Network interactive videoconferencing.
• Fees for K-20 use: $200 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $400 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours.
• Fees without K-20 use: $50 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $100 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours.

Computer Lab (east side of Conference Center; enter from inside hallway): Accommodates approximately 20 people at computers.
• Fees: $200 for 4 hours or less; $400 for more than 4 hours.

Ahtanum Room (in Maggie Perez Student Success Center): Accommodates approximately 90 people at 14 tables, 100 if only chairs are used.
• Fees:  $100 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $200 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours.
Additional fee if ESD 105 tech staff required:  $50 per hour during normal business hours.
Additional fee if custodial service necessary:  $50
