The ESD 105 Fred Greenough Conference Center
Our Conference Center is available to all school districts, government agencies, and ESD 105 staff. The facility is located next door to our main administrative building.
Our Conference Center offers the following features:
• Four different conference rooms, three of which can be configured with tables and chairs to meet your group's size.
• The Conference Center's Columbia room is set up specifically to support K-20 videoconferencing. All rooms have the capability to support videoconferencing.
• Each room has hookups to accommodate computer-generated presentations and satellite downlinks. Options available for each room include television/VCR, overhead projector, LCD projector, and document camera. Please schedule satellite downlinks with Lida Rodriguez at (509) 454-3132.
• Coffee service is available.
Brief description and fee for each room:
Yakima Room: accommodates approximately 50 people at tables, 70 if only chairs are used. Room contains 16 tables. Fees: $125 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $250 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours
Kittitas Room: accommodates approximately 35-40 people at tables, 50 if only chairs are used. Room contains 14 tables. Fees: $100 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $250 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours
Klickitat Room: accommodates approximately 35-40 people at tables, 50 if only chairs are used. Room contains 14 tables. Fees: $100 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $200 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours
Grant Room (Digital Learning Lab): accommodates approximately 20 people at tables, 35 if only chairs are used. Room contains 6 tables and 12 computers. Fees for external users: $200 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $400 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours
Columbia Room: accommodates approximately 20 people at tables, 35 if only chairs are used. Room contains 6 tables. Fees for K-20 use: $200 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $400 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours
Fees without K-20 use: $75 for 4 hours or less during normal business hours; $150 for more than 4 hours during normal business hours
Additional fee if ESD 105 tech staff required: $50 per hour during normal business hours
Additional fee if custodial service necessary: $50
