Educational Technology Support Center

ETSC_ClassThe Educational Technology Support Center (ETSC) at ESD 105 provides leadership and assistance to the schools in our region in helping boost student success through the expanding tools in technology.  Our professional development programs help teachers, administrators, and office staff in using technology for program planning, classroom integration, program assessment, research, and grant writing.

The ETSC program was re-established in 1993 by the HB 1209 legislation to support the use of educational technology in classrooms. There are nine ETSC directors in Washington who work cooperatively to provide leadership in state-wide educational technology efforts. We serve as a liaison between school districts and OSPI and between educators and technology.

Go here for more detailed information at the ETSC Programs & Resources site.
