South Central Regional Data Center

The South Central Regional Data Center, which is housed at ESD 105, provides data processing services to member districts of the Washington School Information Processing Cooperative (WSIPC). There are 41 districts receiving these services throughout the ESD 105 and ESD 123 geographic regions. The scope of services provided include technology, training and support for Fiscal Records, Human Resources and Student Records operations at the district level.
Data Processing Services
• Computer Operations/Data Control operates the data cooperative's computer systems as well as printing, assembling and shipping reports.
• Software Support provides software specialists who give instruction and assistance to school districts in the use of Fiscal and Student Records software via workshops, in-district training sessions, and phone support.
Student Records Services
We provide Student Records technical assistance for the WESPaC products. Our support to district personnel on system access and use includes ongoing training and technical assistance via workshops, in-district sessions, and phone support.
Fiscal/Human Resources Coordination
ESD 105's South Central Regional Data Center provides data processing technical assistance in Financial, HumanResources and State Reporting. Ongoing training and technical assistance on system access and use is provided to district personnel via workshops, in-district sessions, and phone support.
