As one of nine educational service districts across the state, our role is to serve the school districts and students of the south central region by providing support for educators and educational leaders. One way we live this mission is by planning rich and engaging professional development opportunities that showcase innovative approaches to meeting our student, staff and community needs. 

The Better Together Leadership Summit will be a 2-day conference designed to meet the specific professional development needs of the more than 250 school district central office and building administrators working in our region. Featuring nationally recognized keynote speakers and breakout sessions, educational leaders will be invited to invest in themselves before the start of the 2025-2026 school year.Sponsorship opportunities are available for community organizations interested in investing in the development of our region's superintendents, building principals and assistant principals, special programs directors and other educational leaders.
