Conference Facilities
Our conference rooms are available for rent by all school districts, government agencies, community organizations, and ESD 105 staff.
Several rooms are available in Greenough Conference Center. The Maggie Perez Student Success Center's Ahtanum Room is also available for rental.
Coffee service is available. Our office staff can recommend caterers familiar with our location.
Overhead projection is available in all conference rooms, as well as video conferencing.

We are excited to share that we have just signed the contract to purchase a new building across from Miller Park in Yakima, Washington!
Over the last few years, our programs have seen exponential growth, leading to an expansion in the number of large-scale events we offer and a greater need for office and direct service early learning classroom spaces.
We have recently signed a contract to purchase a 39,276 square foot complex with two separate onsite buildings in Yakima, Washington. This complex spans the length of a city block, boasting two large conference rooms, rooms that will be remodeled for breakout sessions, a prime location and ample parking for large conferences.
We are confident this new space will make a great addition to our agency and look forward to sharing progress as we renovate this space over the course of the next couple of school years. We can't wait to welcome you to an event here soon!
