ESD 105’s Career Readiness Programs connect K–12 districts, postsecondary institutions, and industry partners to develop strong, aligned career pathways. We believe every student should graduate with the knowledge, skills, and access to opportunities needed for success in college, career, and life.

We partner with school districts, workforce leaders, and postsecondary institutions to design and support coordinated, high-quality systems that strengthen programs, expand access, and reduce duplication. Through regional collaboration and shared strategies, we ensure students experience meaningful, career-connected learning that leads to viable postsecondary and workforce opportunities.

This work directly impacts student outcomes by strengthening alignment across systems, enhancing partnerships, and ensuring education pathways are responsive to both student aspirations and regional workforce needs.

STEM Virtual Role Models: Digital Library

The Virtual STEM Role Model Video Library features recorded presentations from STEM professionals and near-peer mentors who share their personal education and career journeys, the challenges they have navigated, and what day-to-day work or study looks like in their fields.

These presentations give students, educators, families, and community partners an authentic look at a wide range of STEM pathways while showing how classroom learning connects to real careers, future opportunities, and the skills needed to succeed.
