ESD 105 partners with colleges, trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and workforce training providers to create seamless pathways beyond high school. We support aligning the systems across K–12, postsecondary, and workforce partners so students graduate with clear next steps. Whether that leads to a degree, certification, apprenticeship, or direct entry into the workforce. Our team focuses on ensuring all students know about their post-secondary possibilities!
