ESD 105 EdTech Lending Library (Bots)
ESD 105 EdTech lending library loans bots and equipment to schools in the esd 105 region
If you are a school within the ESD 105 region, you are eligible to borrow bots and EdTech equipment from the ESD 105 EdTech Lending Library.
A period of THREE (3) weeks is required prior to your requested loan date to confirm availability and preparation of the equipment.
If you are making multiple loan requests for your district, please coordinate the loan requests to allow for efficiency in payment processing and preparation of the kits.
Steps:

District consults the ESD 105 EdTech Lending Library catalog
- District determines what they’d like to check out
- THREE WEEKS prior to desired loan date, district contacts the ESD 105’s Regional EdTech Coordinator to identify the requested:
- kit(s)
- checkout date(s)
- return date (loan period is a maximum of three weeks)
- Method of payment for loan fee(s) identified by the district (invoice or credit card)
- [If the district will pay the lending fee(s) by a PO, then an invoice will be prepared and sent by ESD 105’s fiscal department to the district.]
- [If a credit card will be used to pay the lending fee(s), a secure payment process through pdEnroller will be initiated.]
- ESD 105 will verify availability to the district
- Itemized list and lending forms will be provided to the district
- The district will use the equipment during the agreed loan period and return the equipment to ESD 105 by the date identified on the lending form(s)/itemized listing.

- PO payment: If you are requesting an invoice be submitted to your district and you have written approval to proceed with payment of the invoice to be supported by your district, then the invoicing process can start simultaneously with your request and the loan process, including checkout, can begin.
- Credit card payment: To provide a secure payment process, a pdEnroller event will be created for the specific loan and the link shared with the person coordinating the loan. The payment must be completed before the requested kit(s) can be checked out.
