Full Service Community Schools

The Full-Service Community Schools grant program aims to provide wrap-around services and support programs for students and families at our partner school sites. The FSCS model utilizes the four-pillar model, to work with staff, students and parents in each building to identify the best approach for each school. Site coordinators at each school provide direct support to case managed students, collaborate on school focus areas and help support large scale events/initiatives. While these services vary from building to building at the heart of every activity is building positive student and family connection in the school building.

What is a Community School?
