Adana Protonentis is a facilitator and educator committed to strengthening the people and organizations that serve our communities. As co-owner of Kindred Consulting, she partners with public sector organizations to cultivate cultures of care, inclusion, and belonging that support those doing the work of public service.
Inspired by her experiences as a parent of two children with disabilities, Adana brings a deep commitment to ensuring every child and family feels seen, supported, and empowered in public education. She also teaches in the Public Administration program at Seattle University and lives in South King County with her family.
Sydney Krebsbach is a Spokane-based self-advocate on the autism spectrum, an Employment Specialist with Compass Career Solutions, and a council member of the Washington State Developmental Disabilities Council. Since moving from Juneau, Alaska to Spokane in 2021, she has built strong community partnerships and become a powerful voice for disability advocacy, sharing her story locally, statewide, and nationally. Sydney is an award-winning advocate and artist whose work and testimony continue to advance employment opportunities, inclusion, and autism acceptance across Washington.
