Project GLAD
In partnership with contracted trainers from The Orange County Department of Education Project GLAD, ESD 105 offers GLAD training and support for educators in the south central region of Washington State.
The Orange County Department of Education Project GLAD® Unit provides evidence-based practices that help design classrooms and lessons where language comes alive through content.
Our Guiding Principles informs our work:
- All students have valuable assets that foster life-long success
- Diversity and respect is cultivated and celebrated
- Research and data drive our practice
- Development of language proficiency with language learner students is a core value
Guided Language Acquisition Design is a professional learning model that transforms the teaching and learning process. Explore the website for resources.
