The B.E.S.T. Grant

The B.E.S.T. (Beginning Educator Support Team) grant supports new teachers in their first and second year of teaching. This grant systematically supports new teachers in how they can offer high quality instruction to their students from the first day of class. Among several things the program offers Mentor Academy 101 for all mentors, Mentor Roundtables to practice skills learned at Mentor Academy and common things to expect in the life of a beginning teacher.
