1. From the ESD 105 webpage, click on "Professional Development" icon from the left side menu. This will guide you to the pdEnroller platform.

 

2. To browse the pdEnroller catalog, you can use the search field at the top of the screen and select the desired catalog from the drop down menu. If you know the name of the event or event #, you can enter it in the search bar and hit enter.

 

3. Select the catalog you would like to view its contents.

 

4. To navigate the catalog listings of events by date, click on the right side toolbar and select one of the available options:  upcoming only, online only or ongoing.

 

5. Another example to sort through the catalog is from the left side toolbar select events online only based on whether they are upcoming or ongoing. This will display all upcoming online only courses.

 

6. If you would like to sort the events in the catalog by credits, you can do so by using the left side toolbar. From the toolbar you will see options for "subject" and "credits". This sort can be helpful if you are looking to quickly find events that offer a certain number of credits, or if you would like to compare the credit amounts of different events.

 

7. To navigate through pages of the catalog, use the arrows at the bottom of the page.

 

8. To view events in a calendar view, click the calendar button next to the search bar in the top right corner.

 

9. You can navigate and choose a specific month in the calendar by selecting the date next to the orange arrow.

 

10. Courses are listed by date, and you can register by clicking on the course within the desired date field.

11. To register for a course click on the blue course listing title, event #, or select the course within the desired calendar date view .

 

12. The event details and "Register Now" option will be displayed. Select "Register Now" to complete the course registration.

Should you decide this event is not for you, you can click the back arrow to return to the catalog.

Tip: To return to the main catalog view at anytime, click on the back arrows from your browser or click on the ESD105 logo.

1. From the ESD105 Homepage, click on Professional Development.

 

2. Click on the user name for drop-down.

 

3. To access your dashboard, simply click on the clock icon and select the desired hour.

 

4. Transcripts appear in the bottom lower section listed under "transcripts and completed clock hours". To view, download and print a transcript click on the "blue download transcript" button to generate a pdf to print.

 

5. Below is the main portion of a transcript for reference. The transcript will have the users identifying information along with ESD 105 logo.

1. Navigate to https://www.esd105.org/

2. From the district support drop-down menu Click "Clock Hours"

 

3. Click "PURCHASE CLOCK HOURS"

 

4. Click "Log In"

 

5. Enter your login credentials (email and password) to "Log in to pdEnroller"

 

6. Click "your name" and a drop-down will appear

 

7. Click "Clock Hours"

 

8. You will now see your clock hour dashboard, any clock hours available for purchase will appear here. If your dashboard is empty no clock hours are available for purchase) To purchase available clock hours Click "Pay or Confirm". You'll be redirected to the payment screen to finalize payment of clock hours.

 

 

Clock hours are $3 each with a $5 minimum (i.e. one clock hour = $5, two clock hours = $6, three clock hours = $9, etc.) You cannot purchase less than one clock hour.

No. You can only purchase clock hours for one event at a time. 
 

No, we do not issue refunds on clock hours so please make sure you are only purchasing those clock hours that you need. 

Click the "pdEnroller Catalog Website link" above. At the top of the screen, click "New to pdEnroller?Click here to activate your account!" button. The next screen will allow you to look up your email address. If you already have an account, follow the steps to activate it. If you do not already have an account, you will have the option to create one.  

Log into your pdEnroller account. Click on your name in the upper right corner and choose Profile. Once you have made your changes, click "Save Profile".

Currently, ESD 105 does not upload clock hours onto your transcript. Only those clock hours earned through a course where you registered in pdEnroller will be reflected on your transcript. All other clock hours will need to be manually entered into your EDS account. 

Please contact your districts Human Resources department with any questions on salary increases. 

Clock hour records are available for seven calendar years. It is the responsibility of each participant to keep a complete copy of their clock hour records. 

An ESD 105 account is your pdEnroller professional development account. This account can be used to register for courses through the pdEnroller system, purchase those clock hours you earned, and print off your official transcript for those clock hours. The EDS account (Educational Data System) is through OSPI and is where your information is housed for recertification.

The course may be open only to certain districts. On the event page it will list any districts/groups registration is restricted to. Do you belong to one of the districts? If you do not, you cannot enroll in this event. If you do, you must first log in to your pdEnroller account before you can register. Still can’t register after logging in? Go to your profile and make sure your district is listed in the Employment section under School District/Organization (see How do I make changes to my account FAQ for instructions on editing your profile).
 

Any clock hours purchased in pdEnroller after July 12, 2021 will automatically upload to your EDS account. Clock hours purchased in the old escWorks system prior to July 12, 2021 will need to be manually entered into your EDS account.
