A regional network adopting a grassroots systems change approach to address racial inequities, foster cultural belonging, strengthen mentorship programs, and support investments and incentives to advance the careers of BIPOC educators.

While in high school, students will be able to access work-based learning, college credit, and mentorship to quip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the field of education.
