Who We Are
The LEADER Impact Network is a transformative initiative dedicated to recruiting, retaining, and empowering educators of color in our region. Born out of a commitment to equity and systemic change, we work to dismantle barriers and create inclusive pathways for BIPOC educators to thrive. Through community-driven solutions, innovative strategies, and strong partnerships, we aim to build a more diverse and equitable education system that reflects the rich cultural tapestry of our communities.
