Who We Are
The LEADER Impact Network is a transformative initiative dedicated to recruiting, retaining, and empowering leaders whose lived experiences reflect the communities of our region. Born out of a commitment to equity and systemic change, we work to dismantle barriers and create inclusive pathways for our educators to thrive. Through community-driven solutions, innovative strategies, and strong partnerships, we aim to build a more diverse and equitable education system that mirrors the rich cultural tapestry of our communities.

Our Work
RISE Cohort 1 Scholars
Twenty educators from schools and districts across South Central Washington were honored as the inaugural cohort of RISE Scholarship recipients.
More than a scholarship, RISE connects recipients to a regional community of educators building leadership skills and supporting one another through mentorship and networking. This first cohort marks the start of a growing effort to strengthen and diversify the educator workforce across the region.
