The LEADER Impact Network Advisory Council brings together local educators, community members, and organizational partners who are committed to building a more diverse and inclusive educator workforce across South Central Washington.
This group serves as a key part of the LEADER Impact Network—a multi-year initiative focused on creating equitable learning environments by supporting leadership, uplifting community voice, and building strong partnerships across the region.
The Advisory Council helps guide the direction of the LEADER Impact Network by offering insight, lived experience, and regional expertise. Their role is to ensure the work remains community-centered and aligned with the needs of students, families, and educators.
Council members represent a variety of sectors including K–12 education, higher education, health services, and workforce development. Together, they are helping shape a stronger future for education in our region.
