Our Providers
Our school-based behavioral health services are guided by experienced program leadership and clinical supervisors who are deeply committed to strong partnerships with schools and student success. They lead the integration of services within each school community, ensuring that supports are coordinated, responsive, and aligned with the unique needs of students and staff.
Through ongoing professional development, coaching, and system design, our leadership team supports clinicians in delivering high-quality, consistent care. Together, they build strong systems of support that enhance collaboration with school counselors, nurse and staff that help to ensure that every student has access to the care and connection they need to thrive.
A Safe Place to Talk
We want students to feel comfortable sharing what's on their minds. Conversations with our mental health team are private, and we treat personal information with care and respect.
There are a few times when we may need to involved others—such as a parent, caregiver, school staff member, or emergency services—if there is a concern about safety or if required by law (HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2). If that happens, we do our best to explain the situation and include the student in the conversation whenever appropriate.
Our goal is to always support students while protecting their well-being and dignity.
Referrals
-
Anyone Can Make a Referral
Students, families, teachers, school staff, and community partners can all help connect a student to support. We believe identifying needs and strengths is a shared responsibility, and referrals can come from anyone who has a concern or sees an opportunity for additional support.
-
We Meet with the Student
A member of our team meets with the student to learn more about their strengths, experiences, and needs. This conversation helps us understand what support may be most helpful and ensures the student's voice is part of the process.
-
Support is Tailored to What They Need
Using a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) approach, we match servicces to each student's unique needs. Supports may include prevention and skill-building activities, short-term interventions, or more intensive individualized services. Our goal is to provide the right support at the right time.

School Staff Stay in the Loop
We work collaboratively with school teams to support student success. While maintaining appropriate confidentiality, we communicate and coordinate with relevant school staff so that supports are aligned and students experience a connected system of care throughout the school day.
