Suicide Prevention Trainings

Recognize the Signs. Start the conversation. Save a life.
ESD 105 offers evidence-based courses designed to build a network of support for young people. These trainings are ideal for school staff, community leaders, and anyone who works with or cares for youth and wants to strengthen their skills. Participants learn to recognize the warning signs of mental health challenges and suicide, offer hope through a supportive conversation, and provide initial support that connects young people with appropriate professional help.
